Releasing Scarcity Mindset
I am learning to trust that there is enough. The fear that ruled my mind was not the truth.
Your mind still keeps watch. There would not be enough. Something would be taken. Something would go wrong. The bottom would fall out. That vigilance was not paranoia. It was learned — with the steady hand of practice — as the only way to survive what you survived.
Now the world is different, and your mind is slowly learning to catch up.
There is enough today. There may not always be everything you want, but there is enough for today. The lights are on. There is food. There is shelter. There is some small thing you saved this week, even if the amount felt small. There is the next breath, and the breath after that.
When your mind starts to spiral into not enough, you can place your hand on your chest and remind yourself: today, there is enough. You do not have to fight the spiral. You do not have to argue with it. You just gently set down what is true.
Abundance is not pretending you are rich when you are not. Abundance is the soft inner knowing that you are resourceful, that you have made it this far, that you are still here. Abundance is trust in your own capacity to keep showing up. Abundance is the willingness to believe, slowly, that the future contains something other than collapse.
Scarcity may keep visiting. It is an old habit, and old habits do not leave overnight. When it visits, you can welcome it like a tired guard you no longer need to keep on duty — gently, without arguing. Thank it. Notice what it is trying to protect. And then let it rest.
You are not in the old life anymore. There is more than enough breath for today. More than enough strength for today. There is more than enough of you, exactly as you are.
